The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The beds were soft and comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The best part was the meal service in the dining area. Andres was a WONDERFUL server. He made the stay so pleasant. He is the definition of Quality Customer Service. I would come back just for the experience! We have other options, (less expensive) but choose to stay with you. It is worth every cent! Thank you.

Excellent hotel. It was renovated. It no longer feels humid and musty like in the past... stayed here each year for the past 10... it is very elegant and comfy with great rooms. Paid 300 dollars a night. A bit pricey but it is right on the airport... no shuttle to take, just the airport train downstairs.

We booked this hotel for after our cruise. With a toddler, this was ideal since we didn't need to take any external transportation to the airport. The room was in the South Tower so a fair amount of walking is needed. If your reservation has breakfast included, confirm that at the check in desk. The room was cozy, on the 6th floor and had a view of the terminal and runway which our toddler loved. The coffee tea in the room is complimentary. The washroom was clean and well spaced with ample supplies. Breakfast was included for us and featured the usual Continental stuff, but also had an omelette station, French toast, and a selection of baked goods and fruits. Raul, at the front desk, was great and our stay was quite pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

I was stopping over on a trip from LAX to LHR and this was just the perfect place to kill a night. Don't even think of taking an Uber anywhere out of IAH. You get to the hotel without ever having to leave the air conditioning.

We flew into Houston in the evening and had an early morning flight to Costa Rica. We wanted something easy and this place was perfect. There’s a connecting ground shuttle so you don’t even need to leave the airport. It was super easy. We thought about going out for dinner but decided to eat dinner at the restaurant and it was great. We also had the complimentary breakfast in the morning before catching our flight and it was really yummy. They even had an omelette station. If you’re looking for a 5 star resort, pick a different place but definitely pick this place if you’re looking for a stress free, clean option close to the airport.

Great location if flying into or out of George Bush international. Very quick access to the airport from the Disney-esque ride train a few floors down.

I was surprised at how quiet my room was being at the airport and not hearing any planes at all. The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. And the lighting in the bathroom is awesome. I love it.

What a difference a year makes. We stayed overnight last February and the rooms were old , worn, and tired. The remodeling has upgraded everything including the lighting, bathrooms, and all finishes.

We had an international flight into the country and needed a convenient place to overnight to catch a plane to Jacksonville. This hotel is located conveniently located in the airport to fill my needs but there was barely any airplane noise. The breakfast was well rounded and delicious. Dinner was priced as expected and very comfortable. The waiter was amazing.
